Isaiah 41:13 For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, Fear not, I will help you.
One of the biggest temptations many have is to fear. You need not be bound by a spirit of fear, because you can receive victory over it. Nehemiah 6:13 shows you that acting in fear is sin. Understand that being tempted to do something is not a sin.
The problem comes when you act on the temptation, and becoming fearful is acting on the temptation to fear. Ask the Lord to forgive you, and then fill your spirit with Scriptures that will build up your faith, so that you will not fear. Fill your mind with the promises of God, and tell yourself what God meant to you when He made those promises. In the above verse He tells you not to be afraid because He will help you during these times when you are surrounded by things that will make you fearful.
Expect God to honor His Word in your life.
